Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the tallybud iOS application (“the app”), made by XploreDatum Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tallybud on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies except where these terms are stricter.
2. Your data, your responsibility
Everything you enter into tallybud stays on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud. Because we hold no copy, we cannot recover data you delete or lose — please use the CSV export if you want an external backup.
3. Not financial advice
tallybud is a personal record-keeping tool. Numbers, averages, and projections it shows are calculated from what you enter and are provided for information only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or App Store rules.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XploreDatum Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to the app or terms
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
